FBI Had A Long History Of Paying Informants

The Leonard Peltier Legal team has filed a brief in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota demanding that the FBI produce in their entirety all informant documents. This is key because the FBI had a long history of paying informants to infiltrate the legal teams of members of the American Indian Movement. We suspect that informants infiltrated Leonard's defense team but the FBI has, as it has with so many other matters, withheld the documents. By this brief, Leonard's defense team seeks to produce these and other documents withheld by the FBI.
